Our 12 week Body Change Challenge starts on April 6th

This will be limited spaces again to ensure that each person gets the right amount of care. The course will include a nutrition talk and plan with daily meal options.

We ask you to take photos during the challenge so that you can visibly see the difference . We measure body fat % and inches.

Each week you will receive 2 semi private group PT sessions (maximum of 6 per group) that will focus on burning optimum calories and building lean mass .

Monday & Wednesday: 6.30am

Group 2
Monday & Wednesday: 5:30pm

Group 3
Monday & Wednesday: 9:30am

For you to get significant and permanent results, you will need to be able to do the following:

  • Commit to 12 weeks of training with me and my trainers twice per week at One To One Gym on Monday, and Wednesday at 6:30 am (morning group), 9:30am (mid morning group) or 5:30 pm (evening group)
  • You will work in maximum groups of 6 people per group.
