The studio at Old School House, Corntown is unlike anything you will find elsewhere in the Vale of Glamorgan. Purpose-built, privately owned and maintained to a commercial standard — every session takes place in a space where the only focus is you.
Alongside the indoor studio sits a dedicated outdoor training space with astro-turf, sleds and functional equipment, plus a fully appointed shower and changing room for post-session freshening up.

Our private studio is cleansed and sterilized prior to each session so no sweaty equipment.
Your privacy whilst training is paramount to me, you’ll notice that I do not post videos or photo’s of clients on my socials (unless they want me to) as I feel this is imposing on their training session. My service and facility is more about the privacy of my clients and the results we can get rather than parading success on social media.
