Marvyn has been my personal trainer for more than four years, and I can honestly say that he is a truly excellent trainer. Ever session is varied and I love the diverse training methods and challenges Marvyn sets every week. He is professional, has extensive knowledge and the ability to push me to new levels. Marvyn introduced me to weight training, having hit a plateau with constant cardio training. My body reacted to the sessions instantly and not only did I begin to build muscle but I was losing body fat in the process. I was what I called ‘skinny fat’ but now I have more defined muscle tone, I feel stronger and have found a healthy balance between weight training and cardio. My continued development in health and fitness is the reason that I continue my sessions after all this time.
