Before I started training last year I had been over eating, drinking too much and simply making excuses not to exercise. My weight had gone up to 13 stone 6, which signaled around a 2 stone increase in 12 months. When I rejoined One to One Gym I measured at 25% body fat, my fitness levels were as low as my confidence.
As it had been a while since I’d last set foot in One To One Gym I was really pleased to see a familiar face in Marvyn and I quickly booked a few sessions with him to get me back into it. I’ve found Marvyn’s sessions challenging, but so varied and rewarding I continued to (and still) have a weekly session with him.
Through a mixture of hard work and a consistent clean diet I saw the fat shed from my body, while also building lean, defined muscle.
My transformation was something that couldn’t have been done without Marvyn’s support!
